Bioshock Infinite comes to mind. I'm curious to see what the new scenario will bring to the franchise.
Then there's God of War: Ascension. My PS3 has been essentially dormant for months. It needs to feed!
A European or American release of Yakuza 5 (or rather Ryu ga Gotoku 5) would be greatly appreciated! Not to mention the HD collection of the first two games.
Other games on my list include South Park - The Stick of Truth, Dead Space 3, Shadowrun Returns, Broken Sword 5 and FOTN: Ken's Rage 2.

I'm looking forward to the Neverwinter MMO, though I did an alpha test toward the end of last month and it's got a good amount of work to go... I already know to expect to be horribly disappointed by any beloved-fantasy-world-turned-MMO type games, but just getting to run through my favorite old places in the Sword Coast and such seems like a blast. I doubt it will be anything great, but just for the potential nostalgia value, I'm excited to see how it turns out.
Otherwise, sadly (or maybe fortunately, for my wallet at least) I am totally out of touch with what is coming out in 2013. It will at least be good to be surprised when something awesome pops up. :)
