Aliens: Colonial Marines.
That is all. I love Aliens, and I love Gearbox.

Maybe South Park: The Stick of Truth, but I don't know enough about it yet.
I forgot Dragon Age 3. Fuck the haters.
Looking at a few but Tomb Raider is the only one I will definately get at release.

Word! Fuck them up their stupid asses!
Looking forward to Starbound, Mount and Blade 2, and more of my favorite classic games coming to GOG most. Tomb Raider and Watch Dogs also seem very interesting, but I don't know enough about either game to decide whether I'd buy them at release.
I did back Predestination, so I'm looking forward to that. I also plan to get Wasteland 2 and Toki Tori 2.
As far as non-GOG games (or at least not yet) go, I just want the TPA (The Pinball Arcade)'s new DLC tables. All look great! And I'll finally back one of their Kickstarters when they get their T2: Judgement Day Kickstarter in Q2.

As far as GOG themselves and my most-wanted games for the service for this year by publisher:

LucasArts:
ALL the LucasArts point-&-click adventure games
Outlaws
Star Wars: Yoda Stories
Star Wars: X-Wing series
Thrillville

Take Two / 2K:
XCOM series
Borderlands series
2K Sports games
Civilization games
Sid Meier's SimGolf

Publishers already on GOG:
Final Fantasy VII (Squeenix)
More Infocom classics (Activision)
More of the Assassin's Creed series (Ubisoft)
Atari's Humongous Entertainment catalog (I specifically want to see the Backyard Sports games myself)

Indie games:
Skullgirls
The Pinball Arcade

Nothing really, all I was really interested in was released 2011/12

I'm minorly interested in Crysis 3 I suppose, but I doubt it will even run on my PC
I personally cannot wait for Metro: Last Light :)
Don't know if I'd say I 'want them badly', but I'm looking forward to the following games:

Age of Decadence (I'm assuming it'll finally appear this year)
Wasteland 2 (got it as a bonus reward for backing Project Eternity, so looking forward to getting my copy when it's out)
Dragon Age Inquisition (probably won't buy it right out of the gate, but I'm still a BioWare fan and am pretty confident they'll put out something better than DA2)
Legends of Dawn (Another Kickstarter that looks like it might be a decent game, so I figure backing it for 15 bucks is worth checking it out. Hopefully it gets funded)
Divinity:Original Sin

Not 'upcoming', but I'll reserve this slot for any games I missed from 2012 that crop up on sale during the coming year.
Tomb Raider.
Watchdogs looks reeeally good, like a good mix of Deus Ex and Syndicate :o
I'm also looking forward to Tomb Raider :3

Jokes on you because we don't need Dragon Age anymore, we have Project Eternity which is made by Obsidian who makes better RPGs than Bioware and its isometric, pause and play combat and Mod support and less demanding system requirements and DRM Free.

So enjoy your soulless Elder Scrolls clone that has unnecssary multiplayer and Origin exclusive drm, no mods and expensive system requirements ya stupid mainstream fuckfaces......... ;)

Just kidding, I did not mean that, just replying in a way a hater would really say.

Besides I am somewhat interested in Dragon Age 3's open world under Frostbite 2.

Metro Last Light
Bioshock Infinite
Dragon Age III (hopefully as awesome as the first one; meaning I'm not going to buy it on the pre-order)
Sim City

As for new titles from 2013, Bioshock Infinite and Metro Last Light both look pretty awesome. For games potentially coming to GOG in 2013, I'd have to second these suggestions:

Star Wars: X-Wing series
X-COM series
