No, the Bible doesn't say anything about software piracy, but it does talk about theft and human laws. Stealing and breaking human laws are both sins.

Well, there are actually a lot of translations still protected by copyright. I just linked to the King James translation because I find it fascinating that it has a copyright term of forever.

That's no entirely right. Stealing is a sin, but breaking an unjust human law (abortion, euthanasie) is not a sin.
