Yeah can't be mad when they never gave an actual date..only can be baffled that the links were up..then down :)

As for the ATI hotfix..it was absolutely worthless for single GPU...

i think it actually patched my game while i was playing because i started it up and my resolution was all wrong.

i went into the options and the advanced options was not open anymore but the settings i had remained. its weird

It obviously makes some individuals feel better, or they wouldn't be doing it. ;p

And did you miss the part when they said their target release was evening yesterday but it may take longer?

They could just release their patch after a month like Bioware did with DAO2 and they wouldnt give a fuck then!

nobody "jumped all over them", and if the delay was not their fault, then whose was it? As I said, kudo's to them for all their hard work, I for one have played the game 3 times now, and had 0 issues, and loved the game, but it's better to just say the patch will be ready as soon as possible and leave it at that.

Last week we were told the forums and login/sign up would be fixed by Friday...Friday comes and goes an update, it will be up on Monday...Monday comes and goes...still waiting for that to happen.

On the week-end we are told patch 1.1 would be early in the week...Monday, Tuesday nothing, Wednesday...patch should be by that evening....guess what evening comes and goes now Thursday, told time and again patch is almost there...hell links appeared 3 hours ago for a short time then taken down.

We were then told they were in the process of uploading them and should be there shortly...forgive me if my patience has worn very thin.

On Facebook, CDP has got a statement 17th May that there will be free DLC Magical Suit for every fan. Next day was 20th May, next one was 23th May and they said that DLC will be downloaded by application, which will be released with patch, yesteday they said that patch will be at evening and then they give information, that the release date of the patch may be delayed, huh! :) It's really hard work to do to give customers one stupid code for Magical Suit, which is available for non-customers (pirates) from 18th May, all 6 DLC.

Why ATI give a release date with words in a couple of days and the update is the same date?

Quite so. If a patch gets pulled at the last moment, that generally tends to mean that either a) they've suddenly decided to include something totally awesome into it or b) they've realized that a new bug has been added while fixing the old ones (see the AMD fix causing issues). The B option is usually more common.

As for the small size of the patch, well, it's a repair patch first and foremost, not an addition of fifteen additional kingdoms and a brand new sewer system to support a kitchen sink. That said, with good compression you can stuff a lot of things into a small file. Troll Trouble was 16 megs I think.

Yes I actually do not know why I am eagerly awaiting this patch...the ATI did very little for me and I am guessing the 1.1 patch will be the same.

Just want to be put out of my misery.....lol

Internal tests of Patch 1.1 are well under way. Our current target is to release it this evening. Please note that although we are doing our best to have it ready by then, the time still may change in order to be completely sure that the patch will function properly. This is our primary concern since there are significant changes and upgrades that will affect many users.

What dont you fucking understand from the bold letters?
