Where are you guys getting the gog.com version? All the site says is "For the GOG.com version of The Witcher 2, please use the patch available at the GOG.com website. "

Caelistas: Ok really this is ridiculious i downloaded the right patch, and it doesn't even work? I mean comon....

I'm not going to reinstall the whole game just for a patch! Fix the installer

I wasn't mad before and i've been very very patient, but this is a bit to much.... giving us a broken patch installer...
This is exactly what I've been trying to say many times. We have been very patient and their 'We do this to prevent pirates (..please)'' is simply ridiculous because it is hurting the legit users

You'll see when the patch will be release, the pirates will still play their game (or, they are already playing DRM-FREE) with the latest patch installed. I thought CDPROJECT understood this...

For the love of jesus...they changed the patch link again ?

....
Damnit! I thought there was something fishy with the contradictory text, but I d/led anyway.

However that patcher_gog.exe ran flawlessly for me and the game is now patched.

Tristanian: Let's put it this way. Has ANYONE downloaded an international patch version that actually worked ?
If you mean the one that has this URL, then yes. It just worked for me:
http://wpc.420c.edgecastcdn.net/00420C/files/P1_1/Patcher_1.1_International.exe

I must have been lucky, or else the internet gives the unlucky ones a platform from which to make it seem like EVERYONE got unlucky, but I haven't had a single problem with TW2 so far. Bought the retail version from Amazon, the game registered, DLC downloaded, it worked on max settings without a hitch, now the patch works.

bastarddk: Dont know.

The GOG patch installed fine. But they have not fixed the mapping of numpad keys. So remember to take a backup of your ini file, before you patch...
Yea damn. No numpad keys still. Very frustrating.

Yakkuz: Size don't matter, you have tu check the MD5 Hash to determine if it's the same file.
The correct one (official link) is:
AA73FD3C191B261825B0567761563A7A
What? Neither the one I downloaded last night nor the one I downloaded just a couple minutes ago match that code. :-/

Yup, I can confirm that, ran it just now. Patcher_1.1_International works.

There was a link to it on the patch page, but now it's gone.
"For the GOG.com version of The Witcher 2, please use the patch available at the GOG.com website."

I've just sifted through all the places I could think of on GOG.com, with no luck. The patch isn't listed anywhere that I can find, including on the support page for the game.
Note Patcher_1.1_International.exe still doesn't work for me.....
"If patch installation fails for any reason (for example, due to a failed Internet connection), uninstall the game completely and proceed with reinstallation as outlined in item 2. "

Err... no. That would be around the time I'd be moving on to another game. Let's hope I don't hit that particular error. Maybe if it didn't affect saves, but even then...
