Megaman Legends it's a classic fresh paint on the Megaman series, full 3D gameplay and a cartoony and expressive cast of characters, you can adventure yourself in the inter-connected dungeon ruin throught the whole Kattelox island to explore as you get more equipment to advance throught it. Legends 1 and 2 deserve to be on every fan "digital game shelf" to be remembered forever.

I remember reading and re-reading the previews for this game and finally getting it for my birthday in middle school. Played through dozens of times. An all-time great!

A great adventure game that deserves to be more accessible and played by as many people as possible. Megaman Legends did a ton of groundbreaking things in the 3D adventure action space, predating even the likes of Ocarina of Time! With a memorable visual style and a growing demand in gaming communities for more Megaman Legends, It's time to finally give this game a modern port to computers.

The Blue Bomber does not get the love he deserves. This game, as well as it's sequel, should be made more available to those who support him. I very much loved the introduction of the Bonne family and enjoyed the developing story of who Megaman really is, and how Roll has such an interesting history as well. Finally, an unpopular opinion of mine is that I think servbots are so freaking cool!

Whole series needs to be available!! Megaman in general has a special place in my heart and legends series specially since were the first games i was able to beat on my own as a kid. countless afternoons spend on this games and the other from the series would be a blast if everyone is able to get them forever.
I was already familiar with the franchise, but it was Mega Man Legends that properly introduced me to the series. The aesthetics in this game sold me. I remember falling in love with the low poly graphics and the pixel art textures, and the cozy feeling you get everytime you go to town. The game was really tough, but I couldn't help but come back and try to get to the end, and it was 100% worth it. The best Mega Man I know deserves another chance. I believe GOG can make it happen.

Experienced the original Mega Man Legends right after seeing my brother play legends 2 for a while and... it was quite a short experience since both my brothers didn't specially like the game and where hungry... so they returned the game for a pizza! Anyways, years after that I was able to play the game (After beating Legends 2 though) and experience it to its fullest, loved the style, the characters, the story, not so much the gameplay as I obviously felt it was inferior to Legends 2, but its still an amazing game! I'm hoping both games get ported to PC or any modern system.

This is the game that sparked my interest in game development. It eventually led to me going to college to become a game dev. It think it also sparked my interest in blond tomboys with green eyes. Which eventually led to me meeting the woman of my dreams (and nightmares) in college. It has been a curse upon my life. But that doesn't stop it from being a worthwhile and interesting game filled with lovable characters, fun environments, and a cool story.

The anime style storytelling while using the in engine assets of the game itself, even the face animations are done in engine, I love those games. Also the unforgettable characters and voices.
Those games also need your vote!

Freelancer
FreelancerEight hundred years prior to the start of our story, bitter conflict divided all of mankind. A handful of colonists struck out on their own to begin anew - far away from the Earth and its turmoil. Several ships were launched with enough equipment and supplies to give the hundreds onboard a fighting chance - but since the area around far-off Sirius had never been surveyed, no one really knew what to expect. What they found was a new frontier of free-flowing natural resources, unexplored territories, great wonders and lurking dangers. Each ship, representing the clusters of people and their earthly place of origin, settled into different parts of the galaxy pre-selected by their ship-board computer to give them the best chance of survival. Life was hard in the beginning, but over the 800 years the different colonies prospered and expanded their territories, claiming more and more systems for their own. Survival and propagation eventually led to growth and profit as each of the colonies developed specialties and fostered commerce. As the colonies grew and time passed their connections with their roots on Earth dwindled and they lost their memories of the conflicts of the past. Soon their attention was dominated by new, more immediate conflicts. Feelings of lost ancestral connection spurred anachronism in the look of the great cities, and created a somewhat distorted image of each colony's cultural heritage. In the ever-expanding outer edge of the territories, frontier lawlessness prevailed. The Houses: Each shipboard colony that left Earth carried some memory of its origins in its name. The Liberty carried Americans, The Bretonia flew from The United Kingdom and surrounding territory, The Kusari from Asia, and the Rheinland launched with Germanic cargo. As each ship settled and colonies began to expand, they knew little about each other and their advancing development. Finally, little by little, the individual colonies found each other and began to set up trade routes to link their systems for commerce and solidarity. Today, with each colony firmly rooted in its respective corner of the galaxy, the colonies rely heavily on each other for trade and industry but also compete for resources and new territories in the Border Worlds. The colonies mandate member governments in "The New Alliance" within the Sirius sector. To control conflicts, each colony has forged alliances and treaties with others as they have grown. Competition remains fierce, however. Struggles rage for supremacy in business, commerce, resources, power and control. There can be tenuous peace between colonies' political agendas, but the grabs for holdings constantly unsettle the volatile frontier.

Wild Arms 4
Wild Arms 4You play as a young teenager named Jude Maverick. You live in a quiet village that floats high above the ground, unaware of the world that lies beneath it. But one day, your world is shattered to pieces, and you descend onto the earth to face the terrible reality: the world of Filgaia was devastated by wars. A few settlements amidst rusty tanks is all that is left of civilization. The democratically elected government has some plans for improving the conditions of the world, but as you meet a young girl whom they used as a tool for their purpose, you realize you must find a better plan to save her, and the world, from complete destruction. The fourth installment of the Wild Arms series abandons its traditional Wild West theme and is set in a post-apocalyptic world. The gameplay system introduces hex-based battles. Battle screens are divided into seven hexes, each one of which can hold several party members or foes. You navigate your characters on the battle field, trying to force the enemy into an uncomfortable position. There is also a variety of skills you can learn and apply in battles to get benefits. As in previous Wild Arms games, the dungeons contain many environmental puzzles to solve.

Wild Arms 2
Wild Arms 2Wild Arms 2 is not a direct sequel to the first Wild Arms, although it is set in the same fictional world Filgaia, which combines elements of Old West, steampunk, and fantasy. The turn-based combat system against randomly appearing enemies resembles that of the predecessor, featuring techniques unique to each character, as well as the Guardian system, which allows the characters to summon powerful creatures to assist them in battles. Three combatants can be used actively in battles; the player can also switch any of them with a reserve character, up to six altogether.

Wild Arms 3
Wild Arms 3The first two games in the Wild Arms series garnered attention and acclaim as they brought classic console role-playing to the original PlayStation. Though crafted in the same story-telling spirit, Wild Arms 3 (titled Wild Arms Advanced 3rd in Japan) boasts major technological improvements and a number of new gameplay elements. Featuring "stroke-shaded" animation-style graphics, a "Wild West" setting, and a completely 3D game engine (not just for battles, as in the previous games), Wild Arms 3 is designed to make good use of the power of the PlayStation 2. Wild Arms 3 features four main characters and takes the time to let players become acquainted with each of them. The "drifters" Virginia, Gallows, Jet, and Clive are four very different adventurers whose paths intertwine toward a shared destiny. Though each has his or her own personal motivations, all four seek an explanation for why the once-verdant lands of Filgaia have become dry and barren. Differences must be overcome and the characters must act in harmony if they are to truly understand the ancient mystical forces at work. As the drifters move through the desolate land of Filgaia, they are challenged with a number of mysteries to solve and barriers to overcome. The different special abilities of each character must be used to solve different parts of the game's complex puzzles. A technique dubbed "expressive communication" is designed to allow players to quickly gauge the moods and emotions of the onscreen characters. Monsters, villains, and other horrible creatures stand between the drifters and their destinations as well. The Wild Arms 3 turn-based battle system is designed to offer players an intricate level of control, allowing tactics that make wise use of the various powers and weaponry of the drifters while presenting combat with cinematic flair. Wild Arms 3 delivers everything RPG gamers expect: an in-depth storyline, puzzling dungeons & a unique battling system. Journey along with Virginia, Jet, Clive and Gallows and discover the mystery behind the Prophets to revive the memories of Filgaia. Explore dungeons to unlock secret pathways and find mythical treasures. Gun Blazing shoot-outs deliver intense cinematic battles. Wild Arms 3 embodies tried-and-true elements of a role-playing classic.
