tinyE: Yes, but it does have adult material in it. At it's heart it is a Bejwelled clone, and a fun one, but a lot of people frown on the sex aspect, and I get a lot of shit for that. Either way I love it and the sequel is looking great. One of the girls is a Muslim who is a TSA agent, not to mention they have a transgender character which I think it pretty cool.
I enjoyed it too. It was surprisingly good. I didn't know there was a sequel coming!

@OP I wouldn't count on mods/staff to do anything about it. You can still find some spam reviews linking to phishing sites written by bot accounts dating from 2012-13. These reviews have been sitting there for 6-7 years.

GOG is trying to cut down their operating costs to the point where issues like that are far beyond their control. Fighting them would be like playing whack-a-mole. They could invest resources in a permanent solution but clearly you can see that it isn't in their priorities.

A better question would be: why does GOG allow these 'games' to release here in the first place? Believe it or not, some people don't like seeing underage girls being marketed as sexual objects.

BleepBl00p is back! My favorite reviewer of all times, carefully checking every single game for naked/sexualized underage girls and memorizing those parts to tell us how much he hates those games and people who play them.

How do hell do you know if there are underage girls marketed as sexual objects, if you never played the game?

The store pics are explicit enough, no need to 'play' these games. Considering that the "gameplay" consist of watching an image slideshow with some ""writing"" inbetween, watching store pics is pretty much the same as "playing".

Anyway, you guys can play victim all day if you want but your twisted fetish will never be socially accepted, deal with it.

Ok, I checked the screenshots of "Kindred Spirits on the Roof Full Chorus" and, wow, you DO have issues.

He uses TWO accounts to check for underage naked girls? Damn, he must be really passionate about them.
Wait, that doesn't sound very good.
He reports every single underage nudity content type he finds, right?
Nope?
Oh well, it sounds even worse.

I just watched an episode of the Andy Griffith Show where these two old ladies kept reporting illegal stills located in Mayberry and it turns out they were doing it to keep Andy from finding out about their still.

Food for thought.

bmihoric: Hi,

I'd like to bring attention to users like liltimmypoccet who post 'reviews' of games (e.g. see https://www.gog.com/game/kindred_spirits_on_the_roof_full_chorus). In these reviews, they spill nothing but hate and insult. Now, I don't know what this person's problem is. Maybe they've been abused in their sad life, maybe they only forget to take their pills. Who knows.

My point is, why does gog allow this?

Yes, free speech is important. Being able to express honest opinion is important.

However, if you'll pay close attention, our Timmy isn't writing about the game. This person is directly (and brutally) insulting anyone who has, does, or will, play the mentioned game. Does repeatedly so, too.

Now, Gog... why don't you try to do something so your users don't have to take this kind of insulting and then try to pretend 'everything's ok'?

If nothing else (and it really would be just the minimum of what you can do), you could add a special collapsed section for low rated reviews, so that only users who *really* want to read garbage like that can click and open it. I know I won't.
Best you can do, is report it. I dont support pedophilia either but his comment was very sadistic and not real criticism whatsoever.

So pressing no if the review was helpfull and then report isn't enough?
I see some kiss for the petals review was removed which was good, took long enough but there still exists some review that isn't right.

An interesting topic. On one hand games set in high school and around dating/ relationships/ sex might breach underage laws and might be seen to promote law breaking.

Should these games be banned in countries were the age of consent is 18 and over? Are they considered pornographic and illegal?

At what point does gog step in and not provide the game. We know that gog dosn't allow Hotline Miami 2 in Australia among other things but games with underage high schooler having sex and being n relationships are ok? I wonder how these games fare in places like Saudi Arabia and the rest of the middle east or more stricter religious nations.

Note I have not played the game in question but I do respect the right of others to voice there opinions without being down vote bashed along with other things.

edit- in writting any review actually write about the game and what you don't like about it; it's positives and negatives, don't just spam the review box with rage like this dosn't work on win10 even know I havn't contacted support.
