Maybe that product is "too Niche".

Fun aside, some disturbed people from Steam (he has to be a "migrant" here), some time ago, initiated an anti-anime crusade. They pose as "traditionalists" and act out the "far right proponents", but i assure you they are impostors, agitators and agent provocateurs. They so deserve a ban and no mistake...

True traditionalists like me, love anime! And visual novels! Which reminds me; when Fate series and Phantom of Inferno, will come to GOG?

No one should be banned or not banned for there views unless those views are promoting illegal acts. Looking at these anime games close I can now see why steam took up a more careful approach to these anime games. Watching the trailer for the rooftop game I can see one of the realtionships is a student and teacher relationship that might be sexual, that sort of thing is illegal in american, I would like gog to make more of a statement about this sort of issue.

Are you certain? Not long ago, some people demanded certain users banned, just because their avatar upset them and they were seeing ghosts, behind mere symbols such as letters... Well, whatever, i was talking about the review to be banned, not the user, obviously (besides, i am pro freedom, the one of speech especially and had always been, plus forever will be)! But those people are dangerous, because they fly outwards fake views (not their own) and accuse others for supposedly pushing them, while doing that. They are impostors of the lowliest kind and their only goal, is to agitate others, while "framing" others; kind of.

We should be careful with those snakes, among our midst. That and, i like Japan's pop culture. Excluding its parts that have DRM and censorship.

This kind of relationship might be illegal, art depicting or describing it is not. Otherwise any art which contains descriptions or depictions of illegal acts would be illegal itself... pretty insane concept, no?

Laws should always be about protecting actual people from others, and sometimes from themselves.

We are going political here! But now I have to ask: why to protect them from themselves and in what way?

Because the politicians knows better how individuals should lead their lives than the individuals themselves, duh.

Little reminder (for those stuck deep in their convenient "alterity of the State" fantasy) : Politicians are elected, for their policies, by citizens who know better than each others how each others should lead their lives. It's the majoritiies' love for telling minorities how to live, that makes "politicians telling others how to live".

Just pointing out at the hypocrisy of electing people to do what they are being reproached, as if their electorate was innocent of it.

For instance restrictions of the sale of alcohol depending on age? Store owners, liquor manufacturers and teenager would probably cheer if those were removed. If the rules in individual countries in their current form make sense is debatable of course.

Well, I don't vote on elections, though I am of legal age to do so...

I think we would both agree that restriction on alcohol before the legal age is to protect children (eh, teenagers) from somebody else, not themselves; since they can become hard alcoholics after they are legally adult.
