Update 5.0 - Style Update (October 27, 2023)
Hi everyone,

Lots of new content just went live!

We have added a new style ranking system to Firefight mode which rewards you for being stylish! There's 30 types of stunts available to you to boost your score, read about them in the Firefight setup screen. Firefight mode should feel way more satisfying and way less grindy! Plus there's a bunch of new levels pre-unlocked for you to try out.

You can also now send living enemies flying through the air with your kicks, thrown weapons, and explosions. They'll get back up if you don't finish them off. This new system creates some extremely stylish combat moments! If you prefer the old way check game settings to turn it off.

There's also some great new music and lots of small quality of life tweaks requested on the discord and steam forums. Full notes below!

Please note that we are making all new leaderboards because of the new scoring system, if you want to access the old build and leaderboards they will be made available on a beta branch.

Thanks for reading and enjoy the new content,

-MattWLA

Unexplored 2: The Wayfarer's Legacy

Updated to 1.5.10

Changelog from SteamDB:

Patch 1.5.10 allows you to disable controller support entirely if you want to

It was a bit of a slow week on our side. As these things happen, there simply were too many distractions. Still we managed to fix a fair number of bugs and add an option to disable controller support entirely. Next week we’ll pick up the pace of those fixes a notch or two once more!

New Features

• Option to disable controller support entirely.

Bug Fixes

• The flowshard sword you get from the flow elemental has no encumbrance.
• Ratskin boots can have positive, rare, and negative qualities.
• When you gain fatigue during climbing it is not applied twice.
• Caught another instance where ferocious and other status effects granted by equipment could incorrectly wear off.
• The shadowglade constraint failing to resolve automatically is no longer flagged as critical.
• When loading a save the ‘fire burning’ flag is ignored because the campsite is not saved either.
• The recharging effect is added to spears, axes, and quarterstaves that have 1 or more sky sigils.
• The feeding effect is added to spears that have 2 root sigils.
• The brittle rocks in gates at the ancient bathhouse are just as difficult to destroy as the regular brittle rocks.
• Frequently changing levels within a site doesn’t throw the water data out of sync causing invisible walls over water.
• The Mighty Gift achievement no longer requires the obsolete magentol mine map and instead unlocks when you inform a clan about the magentol mine.
• Replacing a missing bookshelf in temple Duskfeather in new worlds that is linked to unlocking an achievement.
• Random content options cannot choose curated world, experimental content, or latest content options.

Stellar Tactics

Version 0.722

Fixed - Ship repair components should not be rewarded from asteroids - really - I really hope so this time :)

Fixed - When mining, the asteroid "heat" bar would flash and disappear when mining.

A bit of tuning on the new mining system:

--The "Lower" indicator of the "sweet spot" when mining is decreased further with mining skill. At higher levels of mining skill, it was possible that an asteroid could be depleted before it even warmed enough to enter the "ideal heated" state.

--Increased the amount of ore generated overall when mining. The new system feels a bit slower because asteroids are being depleted at a slower rate - however, the amount of ore mined is greater than before over the same amount of time. Increasing the amount of heat (changed above) and increasing the amount of ore generated should bring things back to where they were before - if not better.

--Increased the amount of heat generated during a pulse.

--I should mention, some asteroids are "clunkers". This is by design. You can usually tell when you crank the energy on a turret to max and after a few pulses, it has not heated significantly. It's best to stop mining that asteroid and move on...

And do you know what is not updated? The internal information about the platforms they support, which is data displayed in their gamecards and also affects searches when using the system filter.

Descent is listed for Win and Mac, Redneck only for Win, but both are available for Win, Mac and Linux.

By the way, do we have a thread for reporting bugs like this?

I don't think we actually haave a thread for wrong product pages but n this case I actually would recommend opening a support ticket. It is still no guarantee but even GOG was often able to fix their own product pages in the past .... in some cases.

Edit: Thought of the "what did just break" thread as well - but then I thought that this thread was menat to report general things in the website behaviour - howver it would be the closest thing to what you want to report.

In fact, when you think about it, it seems a bit silly to report this for any particular title. I mean, these two games are not the only ones affected, they're not the only ones whose information doesn't match what's actually there, so what's the point?

The solution should be for the system itself to check and update the data, to implement an automatic process rather than having to make manual corrections here and there over and over again.

I doubt this even would be possible in an automatic process - at least for the infrastructure GOG is using but as they say "hope dies last".
