TwilightBard: One thing though, definitely useful for the dead people, is a discussion topic for the dead or those that didn't get in the game and don't want to be a replacement. It would be nice to enjoy the commentary when there's nothing else to do.
I suppose we could make it a tradition. There isn't one for M5 because no one seemed interested in it at the beginning, and now that several people have asked for it, I feel it is kind of pointless, as the game is in its final stages anyway. I probably should have made one right at the start. Live and learn.

I actually feel such would be a good idea. While it took a while for some people to die in MAfia 4, the discussion topic sure did explode with activity during the final stages. Before that, it was mainly jesskitten who was active.

I suspect that part of the reason why there wasn't enough pressure to create one at the beginning was that jesskitten was in the game.

I'm supposed to be putting together a Mafia game - I'm ashamed to say I'm having trouble coming up with a scenario....;o(

If anyone has any good ideas and is willing to help this old fart put something together, please pm me....

It now occurred to me, rather belatedly, I admit, that there is nothing stopping me from setting up an observer thread even this late in the game. All the dead players have received a link; if anyone else wants it, PM me. Bring popcorn.

@Ghost I haven't done a setup review before but I think I kinda know what to look for - may be dead wrong though and it may blow up but I'd be willing to give it a shot if you need a reviewer.

In the end, it's completely up to you, but I'd be willing to help you brainstorm and idea finding, if you're needing help :)

The setup I can deal with - its the Theme thats giving me troubles....

Make a Gog based one - each player is a Gog game (and maybe have Mafia be games on the wishlist or something. :P)

That sounds fun. I have 2 in mind, one has a theme but no roles, one I have a vague idea but no theme or a full list of roles (and that last one is gonna need a lot of people)
