Chevve: So sad to see people aren't willing to pay a measly 4 to 5 dollars for these great games. D:
Well, 1) many of them are only available on Steam so that's going to be a no-go for many folks here. 2) The games in that bundle look rather niche to me. I can't say they're niches I'm particularly fond of either.

Only Unclear Dawn is Steam-only. The rest come with standalone installers.

Well, Nuclear Dawn is the only one that requires Steam. The rest can be downloaded DRM-free. But I understand that these games might not be everyone's cup of tea. If only it were like IndieGala and Humble Bundle, and offer a ton of games instead of only four.

I was speaking of the indie royale bundles in general, several of the titles have been steam only over the last few bundles.

Well, with the Steam thing I was... err, see above.

kalirion: Or if they trade the Steam key while using the Desura key.
Yeah, forgot this one came with Desura keys.
Ill have to skips this one, and i have bought most indie bundles. Only Nuclear Dawn looked interestiong to me, and i already have that one.
That puzzle game is very, very cool.
The 'greatness' of these games is wholly subjective.

The 'greatness' of any game is wholly subjective. Which reminds me of this:

Absolutely zero interest in any of those games. Guess I'm passing on this bundle as well.

Despite following them since their launch, I haven't bought a single indie royale bundle so far.
Ironically, this is the first IR bundle to have Mac/PC compatibility across the board (with some Linux love to come next time, I hope), but this has been the least interesting bundle for me to come out of them so far. The Blackwell Trilogy was the main app for me last time (it runs great in CrossOver, btw) but here there just isn't anything which really makes have to have this bundle.

At any rate, it'll be interesting to see what's on offer for the Alpha Fund bundle.

I'm hoping for Survivors of Ragnarok, Towns and King Arthur's Gold (looking at the games currently being alpha funded on Desura). I realise that's only 3, I don't care what the 4th one is. :P

Its also due to the volume of these bundles I have more games than I feel I'll ever get around to and since none of them are ones I've really looked at before/immediately grab my interest then I feel it would be a waste to buy it. I mean what with Steam sales and GOG sales and getting christmas presents AND all the bundles the past few months, I have acquired quite a backlog :P

My bet is Kenshi.
