Anyone playing this? How play-ready is it? Content wise, does it measure up to terraria atm?

I go back to it every couple of weeks, but I'd still say no. There are minor things that I try doing (or finding a way to do), only to google it and find out that "it hasn't been implemented yet" (stuff like being able to sell things).
