Runehamster: Arkades hurried to catch up with the group, stumping awkwardly along. He winced as his foot slid on a loose pebble, twisting his bad leg. (Move four spaces west).
Arkades bumped Kemuel south 1 space, spotting 25 gold pieces that the others must have missed, he chalked it up to divine providence. OOC: Map updated.

Remaining turns for round 4:

Exile - move 2 or act.
It is approaching 24 hours since round 4 began, and I must leave for awhile, so as mentioned on the original post, I will control the last remaining turn of this round and begin the new one.
______________________________________________________________________

Exile moved south 2 spaces, into the southern room. The statue begins to glow with a purple light, but he cannot see it very well from here.

An arrow whizzed through the room in the direction of Exile, but missed him by at least 15 feet. He determines that there is a bandit archer in the far corner of the room. The bandit is of no threat from this range, it will take several more moves before he can hit you.

OOC: Map updated.

Walks through door.

Rohan15: Walks through door.
You can choose the directions that you want to move. (Map is on the first page if you want to see it,)

1 south, 1 southwest, 3 south puts you past the door. and two spaces into the room. That's good?

You notice that the golden statue bears resemblance to a dragon. There is a plaque below the statue that describes it, but you are not close enough to read it from here.

You have noticed that there is another Bandit Archer in the room, near the location of the other one. Two arrows soar past your head and into the wall. They are clearly having a tough time targeting you because of the distance.

OOC: Map updated.

Round 5: Turns remaining:

Exile - move 4 or act
Kemuel - move 2 or act
Arkades - move 4 or act

Kemuel moves south twice. He instinctively ducks as the arrows thud into the chambers wall, noticing the rough trajectory and placing the archers in his minds eye.

"Now why would someone attack us without even stating why? Father, watch for arrows as you step in, Sir!"

"Now why would someone attack us without even stating why? Father, watch for arrows as you step in, Sir!"
The arrows have ceased flying for now, but you have no doubt the Bandits are still there, waiting for you. The statue continues to glow with a bright purple aura.

Round 5: Turns remaining
Exile - move 4 or act
Arkades - move 4 or act
The cleric uttered a most unholy oath as he sidestepped the arrow. "By the Light! Thank you for the warning, my son!" He reached over his back and seized the cudgel, judged the distance, and threw, letting it skip and clatter into the next room. (I would like to try to distract the bandits so Rohan isn't a sitting duck next turn.)

The stick hits the ground and rattles several spaces before coming to a stop. You hear the sound of three arrows following it across the room.

OOC: Are there more than 2 bandits?

He brings his hands up, "Strike from the Heavens." The Male stated as he unleashed his arc lightning upon the bandit that sat in the corner

A flash of lightning cuts through the air, illuminating parts of the room.

You have detected that the statue is a dragon. You see a plaque underneath the statue, but cannot read it from this distance.

You see that there are more bandits than you thought... 4 at least.

The lightning skips and hits the ceiling, missing it's target. The range is too far and the room is too dark to accurately target anyone or anything.

You determine that you won't be in range until you reach the middle of the room.

Round 6 turns
Rohan - move up to 3 spaces PLUS take an action ( perfect roll + increased speed)
Exile - move 3 or act
Kemuel - move 3 or act
Arakdes - move 4 or act

Map updated.

Arkades hurried to catch up with the rest, fighting to keep from tripping in his long robes. He skidded through the door and backpedaled awkwardly as he saw the darkened room. (Move south three spaces, west one space).

OOC: I am accompanying my Mum as she drives my sister back to her college. I will not be available tomorrow (EST) but should return by the next evening. I apologize for any inconvenience, and Stoic is welcome to move for me if I am the only one delaying the quest.

Also OOC: And I just realized that means Arkades will crash into BOTH of his companions. I would fix it, but I already technically moved and I find that terribly funny, so I'm going to leave it.

Done. Yet another arrow streaks by, yet again, it is off target.

One of you mutters, "These archers are a joke."

OOC: Map updated. Exile was knocked one space south.

OOC: No need to apologize. I shall happily use your turn in the mean time. I'm sure the others will have Arakdes' back. Have fun on your trip!

OOC: No problem. You can walk through occupied spaces as long as you don't end your turn there, and I think it's in the original rules that you can end your turn in an occupied space as well, but it just bumps the current occupier off that space.

Exile steps to the south, moving slowly along the wall (Three paces)

You see that there are at least 5 archers, though they have held their arrows for now, judging that the range is too great.

Round 6 turns remaining

Rohan - move up to 3 spaces PLUS take an action ( perfect roll + increased speed)
Kemuel - move 3 or act
From the flash of Exile's lightening streak, Kemuel caught a glimpse of the Statue. The plaque beneath it intrigued him. However, Kemuel was keenly aware of his allies also, so with hushed tones he asked, "Gentlemen, would you prefer to make your own way forward or if any of you prefer I can guard one of you as we push on?"
