superfly2000: I have to say it is cool to see this amount of building. It is almost like the server got "new life" after it restarted.

It is strange...

Anyway...I've built quite a lot of things now....looking for something new in Vegas...after my Caesar's palace hotel....maybe Luxor hehe....
I think that it may get pretty quiet for a bit with the release of TW2 and IIRC the PC release of Fable 3


PS: I dont see Jerken on the forums, Hows he getting on with Minecraft now?

Umm...TW2....another RTS....totally uninteresting for me.

Fable 3....another shooter "RPG"....that it was firstmost designed for consoles and that I was totally disinterested in the first two fables doesn't exactly get my hopes up.

Minecraft was the first newer game to drag me from 10 years of playing Neverwinter Nights. So I am not jumping to newer games that easy really.

I'll probably be playing Minecraft for a good while more and I think some other on the server probably will....judging from the activity so far.

Sooner or later I'll probably fall back to NWN as my main game again...or if a miracle doesn't happen and somehow presents some game to replace it.


PS. Jerken isn't super active here on the forums. I just asked him to register cause I thought it is the right thing to do if he wants in on the whitlist...and besides, GOG is a kick ass site. He did post here like two times now at least :-P DS.

With TW2 now almost downloaded/combined/checked/installed when will I get to complete my new building...

But it's good to know I'm not the only one ticked off because all he does is keep adding features and bugs instead of fixing the bugs so at least the basic game works.

Yep I've already read it.
Unfortunately it seems like boosters and waterladders won't work anymore, but speedhacking shouldn't work anymore either so that makes up for that.
I friggin' hated those guys (we have one on our server (not the GOG server)).

I'm amazed about how little they add to every patch.

Some of the fixes are not even fixes but just irritating changes.

The complete game feels further and further away.

There is so much to do on MP functionality, connecting, searching servers, not crashing, not lagging and so on....

....I hope it laggs less at least....

Whats this with waterladders? ...I didn't read about that....

Then the change for seeds just seems irritating. I didn't use seeds anyway because it was too much work compared to just slaughtering a pig and roasting the meat.

* Fixed entities reaching water through wall corners
I'm pretty sure that will break waterladders, 1.5 already borked them somewhat (mine doesn't work nearly as good since 1.5).
